Filtration Units
Our portable Off-line Micro-Filtration
Units are ideal in any application that require periodic clean
up and filtration.
Whenever a hydraulic repair is performed it is strongly recommended
to filter the existing fluid and test to ensure that the cleanliness
goal is achieved prior to putting the unit back into service.
KLEENOIL FILTRATION Units can
achieve an ISO 4406 Cleanliness code of 14/9. This cleanliness code level is well below what
original equipment manufactures or hydraulic component distributors
accept as good fluid. The more dirt/debris allowed to remain
in operation within your unit, the more repair costs will eventually
be realised.
Some hydraulic equipment come
equipped with filters in the range of 3 to 15 microns. We
filter down to one micron, reducing the destructive tearing of
very expensive components while they operate.
The cleanliness of your Hydraulic
Fluid is very crucial to the trouble free and cost effective
operation of your Hydraulic System. Hydraulic components
are very expensive and need special consideration when selecting
and filtering this fluid.
ISO 4406 code is a standard
that is recognised in the industry. Certain recommended
fluid cleanliness quantities are necessary to realise the best
performance and cost saving operation of your Hydraulic System.
